Many children who live in Ethiopia come from difficult environments, often carrying traumatic experiences. You are able to follow the child/children you are sponsoring and their progress through reports from Fekadu Children and Youth Association’s. The child/children can also correspond with you. When you become a sponsor you are able to get a photo and a detailed description of the life of the child that you are sponsoring. The sponsor aid is used to pay for education, school material, school uniform, food and hospital as well as other things that might be necessary for your sponsor child.

As a sponsor to a child you contribute with 200 Swedish crowns that the organisation sends to these children monthly, plus an additional 25 kr that covers the bank fee. The total cost each month is thereby 225 Swedish kronor.

After you have been registered as a sponsor we will send additional and more detailed information to you regarding the conditions and terms of your sponsorship, as well as postal cheque-forms. We will make sure your money arrives to the child that you are sponsoring.
